  5. We do not offer refunds for pre-payments or deposits. If you cannot make it (we understand that sometimes things go wrong!), we are more than happy to offer you a meal to the total value of your tickets at another date.
  6. If you use our Sites and Services, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications by our privacy policy.
  7. A 10% recommended service charge applies to groups of 10 or more, and a 15% service charge applies to all groups on all public holidays.
