Our Wine Room is based around our shared love for food and wine, and embodies a ritual that people all over the world cherish, perhaps without even realising it. 

 Imagine a summer afternoon without rose. A toast without champagne. Or a bolognese without a splash of shiraz. It feels as if the world has lost its way. That feeling isn’t a lack of alcohol: it’s a lack of ritual.
